Absolutely! Simply text “amount + designation” Ie. “50 tithe” or “100 building” to designate your gift to a specific fund.

Simply text “amount + designation + scheduled choice” Ie. “75 tithe weekly” to set up and schedule a recurring gift via Text.

How do I cancel or change a scheduled recurring gift?

Fortunately, when you start a recurring gift schedule you aren't stuck with it. We know that things change and there may be the need to modify, pause, or cancel your recurring schedule.
 
In order to change your recurring gift amount, fund designation, or schedule you will need to cancel your existing recurring gift and then setup a new recurring gift.
 
You can cancel your current gift by heading to your tithe.ly account and clicking on the "Recurring Giving" tab from the menu or the "Automated" button from the home screen. From here just click the red trash can next to the gift you wish to cancel.
 
Once you’ve canceled your current recurring gift you can now set up a new gift with a new amount and schedule.

Can I track my giving history?

One of the added features of Text Giving is the ability to view and track your giving history. Not only will we send you a receipt via email when you give, but you can view your detailed giving history at any time.
 
To view your giving history, first login to your tithe.ly account by clicking here. Next, simply click on the “recent giving" tab from the menu to view your history.

I made a mistake. Am I able to get a refund?

Of course! Simply text “refund” to the same number you made your donation and your last donation amount will be refunded.
