HPIM is a Biblical ministry, training and impacting leaders globally. We believe that leaders change the world. We help leaders and churches reach their full potential through leadership seminars, training materials and educational opportunities.

 

HPIM’s vision is clear and is committed to the training and partnering of leaders in a way that builds healthy relationships and strong solid leaders.

 

Pastor Chuck is the lead pastor of Upper Room Fellowship in Columbiana, Ohio. He and his wife, Lynn came to the Upper Room in 1979 and Chuck became lead pastor in 2002. He and Lynn married in 1970 and have five children and 12 grandchildren. Chuck has earned a BA & Masters of Arts in ministry and a Doctorate of Ministry. 

 

Since the early 1990’s Chuck has been involved with HPIM, training leaders around the world.  He has ministered, trained, equipped, and encouraged leaders in seminar and conference settings. Chuck’s passion is mentoring and disciplining leaders, as well as networking and building relationships with ministries in the Kingdom of God.

Chuck is a John Maxwell Certified Trainer and a La Red Field Rep Trainer.
